Who Am I?

Hi I'm Elizabeth Cappelletti and I'm an Integrative & Holistic Psychotherapist from the Mind-Body Wellness Center in Orange County, CA. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University as well as several certificate trainings in the areas of Integrative Medicine for Mental Health, Massage Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Art Therapy and Compassion Fatigue. In my practice, I utilize a holistic approach and employ several modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, art therapy, hypnotherapy, brainspotting and mindfulness and meditation.


My love for learning and helping others encourages me to share what I have learned in my nearly 20 years of experience as a clinician and personal experience overcoming and healing from anxiety.
